Discover Our Story
The Tikka Bar is our cozy little family-owned restaurant. Growing up back in my home town, we use to love ‘The Tikkas’ prepared at my traditional Punjabi Indian home! I very well knew that time, that I will spread this love and joy of what I felt while having those ‘tikkas’ to wherever I will go. And here I am spreading the joy of Indian food at two of my authentic Indian Restaurant in Victoria, BC with my second restaurant named after what I love the most.
The ‘Tikka’ in authentic Indian food is referred to as ‘small piece of food, preferably meat, marinated in authentic spices and well roasted and/or cooked to enjoy by itself or enjoy it cooked with delicious Indian curries. At the tikka bar, which is located in the heart of Downtown Victoria, off Fort street and Broughton Street, you will enjoy a perfect cozy setting for the much needed peaceful time out. This being an Indian restaurant located amidst most offices, focus is on quick takeaways, deliveries as well as dine-ins with no compromise on quality however and whenever we serve you with our delicious Indian food!
Our first Indian restaurant is located at Langford by the name ‘Turmeric’ which is a 60 seater with patio seating. We have hosted a lot of parties and rehearsal dinners at our Langford located for our customers. We would love to do it for you too! Reach out to us to know more!
