FlexAbility Yoga and Doula Services

I teach a variety of group and private yoga classes in the greater Victoria area in British Columbia, Canada.

I am also passionate about wild nature and assist birthing women to tap into their inner wild woman in a way that supports their personalities and wishes. I am also keen about creating classes and sequences that increase the mobility of bodies and overall quality of life for families. I am always happy to share knowledge and resources.
