Due to rain we will reschedule our FREE (earned) workshop until the next sunny Tuesday. Hopefully next Tuesday the 27th.
This is a family friendly workshop and Hudson will be around to entertain little ones on the playground at King and Shakespeare. Plenty of shade and sun there to practice in.
I am focusing on prop free routines that we can do anytime anyplace so we can take our practice with us into the real world!
Even if you didn’t master your 10 minute boats ALL registered students are welcome to!

PROP SPOTLIGHT: The Bath Mat
This one is so versatile! Whether we are working with this long way along our spines or the short way tucked behind our knees... We love the bath mat, right?
Learning to find stability with it tucked under your spine and head and then going deeper and learning to find a balanced body WHILE maintaining that initial balance is tough!
Learning awareness of our front and back knees when using the bath mat behind our knees helps us learn to engage our knees healthily—ensuring better hiking, biking, and walking... FUNCTIONAL MOVEMENT! (where we always end up!)
