10 years ago when we open this store we always said we support local first. However supporting local means many things. Finding items to bring into our store from our own community is of course number one, but there are many small business outside of our town still with in Ontario who we need to support. Now more then ever many businesses are struggling. Many of our neighbours move into red or even lockdown we can not forget about there struggle. Here at Holistic Nutrition we carry brands like but we also carry brands like and neighbours and friends to Kitchener they are local to Toronto and also need your support.
