Then it's your turn. It's time to clear off that to-do list, declutter, clean up, do the landscaping, and maybe even do a fresh coat of paint. Then I come in with some staging pieces if you need it.
Once your home is picture perfect, we bring in the professionals. I have a great photographer I work with, and I have a social media manager who will also come in to do video and manage your home's online presence.
Throughout the entire process you'll have full access to myself and my assistant Jenn. We often have group chats to stat connected, so you can be confident that you know exactly what's happening with your home at all times.
Then, we hit the market. Our goal is to get as many feet in the door as possible, so we can get as many offers on the table as possible.
About a week later we'll set our offer date. That's the date all of the offers need to be in by. I like doing offer dates in person - usually at my office - so we can act quickly and get counter offers back if needed.
And then, your house is sold!
