Exam season has arrived! 📝

We are so grateful for the extended hours at the Laurier library until December 21st! 📚✏️✨

We are hiring an Elections Chair Officer! 🗳

This person is in charge of the AUS presidential elections coming up in January 2022. This person must coordinate, plan, and execute any events surrounding the election.

Summary of the role:
- Enforce all election policies and subsequent documents.
- Approve of all candidates marketing materials.
- Give out demerits to candidates as necessary.
- Ensure the election process and campaign period runs smoothly.
- Ensure all candidates’ conduct is fair and equitable during the campaign period.
- Meet regularly with VP: Clubs & Associations.
- Develop, plan, and execute all marketing strategies and plans for the nomination and election periods in cooperation with the faculty association’s marketing portfolio.
- Make appropriate accommodation requirements on campus, and coordinate the logistics of all campaigning and election activities - including but not limited to the Open Forum.
- Any other duties assigned by the VP of Clubs and Associations and/or faculty association president.
