A few new developments at Spot Physio! First off, meet Jessie, our Physio Resident. Jessie trained with us during her time at Queen’s University completing her Masters Degree. She has an excellent exercise background and is excited to work with our athletic population including our young athletes. Also we will be open every other Saturday for those clients that have difficulty visiting us during the week. We are also open until 8pm Monday to Thursday. All these changes to make your healing experience easier. Just a reminder that most benefits renew in January so it’s a perfect time to come in for an assessment!
