Qabeelah Ittihaad [AlMaghrib Institute - Windsor] is hosting a talk by Br. Omar Khan, revolving around the theme of legacies and nation building. In light of the recent passing of Shaykh Muhammad AlShareef, (Legacy of Muhammad Alshareef), Br Omar will lead a discussion on the impact Shaykh Muhammad had in the Muslim community. Sh. Muhammad’s final message to us was to rise with the tides - to do nothing is not an option. Join us to reflect and take action to contribute to our Ummah. Let’s continue to build a nation and leave behind a lasting legacy!

Windsor’s very own Br. Majed Mahmoud!
Majed Mahmoud has completed his Bachelor’s degree in Islamic Jurisprudence & Legal Theory from Al-Madinah International University. He also has a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Windsor and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Wayne State University.
He’s the first graduate of AlMaghrib Institute to become one of its instructors, performing exceptionally in over 50 seminars including theology, Islamic jurisprudence, and Quranic Sciences. As Majed travels worldwide lecturing about different aspects of Islam, he works full-time as a mechanical engineer.
