The family earns between $5 and $7.50 per day, but due to illness and COVID-19, Thyda was forced to borrow money to survive. Starting a small business raising chickens was a life-changing moment. We believe that everybody should have access to education. This is why we ❤️ to support education projects. Last year over 40 women in Mayo-Tsanaga 📍🇨🇲 learned to read and write, 15 women learned how to sew and over 100 women got educated in dyeing and selling textiles – we are thrilled to support these women in becoming independent!

Kpélé Tsavié is a village at 30 km north way from Kpalimé with a population of about 800 inhabitants. To address the pollution of the fields by human excrements, supported the construction of a pilot sanitary facility. Using specially designed toilets, the local community can use waste as a fertilizer over time. A perfect cycle 🔄👍
