We warmly thank the 101 investors who trusted us with this great project and are now officially co-owners of the property.

It is a mixed-use building with many good years ahead. The rental income for its co-owners is equally promising, with a projected yield of 7.02%.

We warmly thank CBRE Switzerland as well as Helvetia Insurance Switzerland, the seller of this building.

For those who didn't have the opportunity to join this project, don't worry— there are plenty of real estate opportunities coming this fall!
