Producers & promoters based in Bourg-en-Bresse, France. Established since 2015, the band includes Ishiban, Dubfact , Leruja and a fourth member, selector, and operator: Juicy-J. Between dub, stepper and bass music, Subtroopers built a new dub scene, original, independent and opened to musical fusion and experimentation. Years after years, they built their own sound system, combining clarity and depth, that they use to diffuse their music around the country.
Armed with their original style and efficiency, Subtroopers is a band to keep a close eye on during years to come.

From Channel One in Kingston Jamaica all the way to the OBF Dubquake studio in France; from Mysticwood young dub maestro to the legendary Barrington Levy; from the original roots and culture tune “Trouble” with Lasai to the "LAVA" experience album alongside Charlie P, Sr. Wilson, Belén Natalí & Junior Roy. Our mission in 2022 was to push boundaries while keeping the culture well rooted.
It has been an emotional year with the sad passing of our brother and friend GEORGE “NAZAMBA” SCOTT., a huge loss for the scene…
In 2023 we’re stepping things up, taking you all the way forward to the Year 3000…. some may even say to the Year 4000…. Happy new year!!
