Good luck to all the runners as they help raise awareness of .
Thousands of children around the world are born with hearing and balance problems due to Usher Syndrome Type 1B. They will also lose their sight during their childhood years due to the degeneration of the retina caused by Retinitis Pigmentosa.
and work tirelessly with families on both sides of the Atlantic to support and enhance scientific research so that a cure for Usher 1B Syndrome can be found as soon as possible.

It tells us what type of cell it is, exactly where it is, and can also indicate how a cell may interact with neighboring structures to the sides, above or below. 🔬 Imaging performed with spinning disk microscopy. 3D spatial transcriptomics is a technique that measures gene expression from the RNA found in cells. It tells us what type of cell it is and exactly where in the sample the cell is. The technique could reveal crucial characteristics of brain diseases that may hold the key to future therapies.
