Sushi Lovers is a well-regarded sushi chain in Copenhagen, with locations in Torvehallerne, Charlottenlund, Hellerup, and Frederiksberg.

At all venues, the focus is on delivering a high-end sushi experience by combining top-quality ingredients with innovative techniques.

Sushi Lovers has recently expanded with two exciting new locations in Frederiksberg Centret and the Waterfront shopping center in Hellerup. These restaurants continue the brand’s tradition of offering premium sushi, focusing on both quality ingredients and creative culinary craftsmanship.

In Frederiksberg, Sushi Lovers has created a cozy, modern environment where guests can enjoy a wide variety of sushi options, from classic nigiri to unique, colorful fusion rolls.
This new location provides a perfect blend of taste and ambiance for shoppers and diners alike.

At the Waterfront in Hellerup, Sushi Lovers offers a luxurious dining experience with a stunning view of the water, complemented by both indoor and outdoor seating. The restaurant spans over 150 square meters and features high-end design elements, perfect for enjoying sushi in a warm, inviting atmosphere.

These locations also host special sushi events, sushi courses, sake tastings, and exclusive tastings of premium ingredients like bluefin tuna.

Sushi Lovers achieved recognition on the international stage when they placed fourth at the World Sushi Cup in Tokyo in 2014, solidifying their reputation for excellence in sushi craftsmanship.

For a few days in September, the team that placed fourth in the World Sushi Cup—Toke, Cui, and Kristian—will visit Liebenau. Here, we will combine items from the World Sushi Cup with guest favorites from our menu and sprinkle in some of our newest creations.
