⭐️ YOGA FOR KIDS ⭐️

We are so excited to announce that we will be starting our regular after school yoga for kids from September.

Sessions are aimed at children aged 6 to 12 years old. Each session is a blend of yoga poses, gongs, music, breathing techniques, games, stories, and more. It is an enriching space where they can simply be and have fun!

Benefits of children’s yoga:

• Become more aware of their body
• Cope with and handle emotions
• More focus and concentration
• Using their breath to calm and self regulate
• Improve self esteem and resilience

Term Dates: 04 September - 18 December 2024
Course will be run according to Canton Zurich holidays

Time: 14:30 - 15:20 or 15:00 - 15:50
Price: 350 CHF for the term, each siblings 280 CHF

Classes will be taught by in German and English.

✨ Meet Rada, one of our dedicated yoga instructors offering Yin Yoga ✨

Rada is currently learning to play the gong and incorporates gongs at the end of her yoga sessions. This is a great addition to the savasana.

KIDS CRYSTAL WORKSHOP

✨ Give your children a chance to join a fun, immersive kids crystal workshop with our International practitioner Teodora.

Children age 6+ are invited to an immersive (drop off) session in the world of crystals, the colourful stones with energy superpowers that balance our energy and allow for that inner joy.

The session is interactive as children are engaged in the conversation and taught through play. They learn about crystals properties, where they can be found, how to choose crystals, energy centres on the body (chakras) and key words that allow for children to recognise the energy of a crystal by colour. For example, the black tourmaline is the calming stone. The theory is followed by a short meditation with body layouts (crystals placed on energy centres) and one with mandalas (if the time allows).

The session is taught by Teodora, our guest teacher from London, sought-after consciousness coach and practitioner for kids workshops.

All materials are provided. Children are offered hot chocolate (with oat milk) at the end of the session and a crystal, as a gift.
