Yoga is all about life. Living life in HD, full of colour, and to the fullest, not in a hedonistic way, but as a way to honour the gift of being human, and a desire to be present. Yoga is life-affirming. With a regular practice, you’ll find how you engage with life changes. Of course, difficult things will still happen, but how you relate to them will change. There can be a tendency in spirituality to only want the good, the “love & light.” Real Yoga includes it all and asks that we meet all sides of the human experience, the “good” and the “bad,” the “easy” and the “challenging”.
To feel the heartbreak, the loss, the anger, and let it move through us. To see what it has to teach us, what unhealed, unloved parts of ourselves are asking for attention.
Through a regular practice, your life becomes your sadhana. No longer confined to your altar or yoga mat, your life is your spiritual practice. The ground on which you walk is the altar, and you are the constant offering. Offering yourself to life, giving your presence to what is in front of you, and being willing to meet and transform whatever comes your way.
Difficult people become mirrors, challenges become opportunities for growth, and your capacity to embrace and hold it all begins to blossom.
This is how practice can help you in the hard times.
It makes you more resilient and better able to meet a challenge. It grounds you and brings clarity and stability, and it changes the way you engage with life itself.

Empowerment is the art of embracing the present moment with all its mysteries and gifts. It’s a dance with the flow of life, where saying „yes“ and „no“ becomes a sacred act of nourishing the soul. It’s about befriending the shadows within, knowing that they, too, have their place in the tapestry of existence.
To be empowered is to take responsibility with grace, to whisper „I accept“ in the face of adversity, and to stand firm through the darkest nights and sleepless hours. It’s not a pursuit of superficial joy, nor a relentless chase for fleeting happiness. Empowerment is vast, unbounded, and timeless. It’s not a struggle or a war, nor is it always safe or known.
True empowerment lies in weaving connections, in expressing the boundless creativity that flows through us, in living a life that is unapologetically authentic. It’s a commitment to crafting beauty in every breath, to choosing a path that honors the profound elegance of existence. ✨Valentinstag Geschichte- Die Insel der Gefühle✨
Vor langer Zeit gab es einmal eine schöne kleine Insel. Hier lebten alle Gefühle, Eigenschaften und Qualitäten der Menschen einträchtig zusammen: Der Humor und die gute Laune, der Stolz und der Reichtum, die Traurigkeit und die Einsamkeit, das Glück und die Intuition, das Wissen und all die vielen anderen Gefühle, Eigenschaften und Qualitäten, die einen Menschen eben so ausmachen. Natürlich war auch die Liebe dort zu Hause.
Eines Tages machte ganz überraschend die Nachricht die Runde, dass die Insel vom Untergang bedroht sei und schon in kurzer Zeit im Ozean versinken würde. Also machten alle ihre Schiffe seeklar, um die Insel zu verlassen. Nur die Liebe, deren Schiff gerade nicht seetauglich war, wollte bis zum letzten Augenblick warten. Sie hing sehr an der Insel.
Als das Eiland schon am Sinken war, bat die Liebe die anderen um Hilfe.
Der Reichtum schickte sich gerade an, auf einem sehr luxuriösen Schiff in See zu stechen, da fragte ihn die Liebe: „Reichtum, kannst du mich mitnehmen?“
„Nein, das geht nicht. Auf meinem Schiff habe ich sehr viel Gold, Silber und Edelsteine. Da ist kein Platz mehr für dich.“
Also fragte die Liebe den Stolz, der auf einem grossen und schön gestalteten Schiff vorbeikam. „Stolz, bitte, kannst du mich mitnehmen?“
„Liebe, ich kann dich nicht mitnehmen“, antwortete der Stolz, „hier ist alles perfekt und du könntest mein schönes Schiff beschädigen.“
Als nächstes fragte die Liebe die Traurigkeit: „Traurigkeit, bitte nimmst du mich mit.“
„Oh Liebe“, entgegnete die Traurigkeit, „ich bin so traurig, dass ich allein bleiben muss.“
Als die gute Laune losfuhr, war sie so zufrieden und ausgelassen, dass sie nicht einmal hörte, dass die Liebe sie rief.
Plötzlich aber rief eine Stimme: „Komm Liebe, du kannst mit mir mitfahren.“

ATHAYOGA Focus of the Month
Fostering personal growth, presented by Queen Mila 🐾
- Create a regular practice through meditation, yoga, writing or another activity that is personally meaningful to you. This daily practice builds an inner fire over time and fosters personal growth, self-control and discipline.
- Set clear goals for your daily practice and hold yourself to them. This could include structuring your time, prioritising and consistently working towards your goals.
- Accept challenges with open arms, look forward to being challenged and consciously deal with them to foster your personal growth. Identify the areas in your life where you can challenge yourself and grow, professionally, personally or spiritually.
- View life as a journey of constant development. Set goals, learn from experience and remain open to change. Constantly practising and striving for refinement will help you maintain your motivation.
- Practise more mindfulness in your daily life. Be present in what you are doing, at work, in conversation or during your spiritual practice. Conscious presence intensifies the inner fire of transformation.
- Take regular time for self-reflection. Review your progress, recognise the positive changes that come from your constant practice.
- Be patient and persistent. Trust the process and be prepared to continue practising even in difficult times. The inner fire will be strengthened through continuous effort.
This will create a strong foundation for personal growth and spiritual development.

With clarity, mindfulness, and unwavering commitment, you set the tone for a journey guided by the power of intention. As you embark on this transformative path, may your intention resonate with the rhythm of your heart, harmonizing your efforts towards the manifestation of your deepest desires.
- Reflect on your true desires to develop a strong intention.
- Define goals with precision and visualize the results vividly.
- Commit yourself to silence. Meditation or walks in nature calm the mind.
- Formulate your intention positively and emphasize your aspirations. A positive formulation plants the seed of positivity in the subconscious.
- Phrase your intention in the present tense to appeal to the subconscious mind and drive actions that are suitable to the intention.

Like sharp listeners, we attune ourselves to the needs of our bodies, recognizing when to ease back or push forward. Finding a strong foundational practice that provides us stability and support in all part of our life.
With each breath, each movement, we embrace the practice, embracing change and growth with open hearts and steady minds. Embracing these moments of transformation, we discover that the dance of life and the dance on the mat are beautifully interconnected, guiding us towards greater self-awareness and a profound sense of harmony within.

Dear Yogis, we are now en route back home, and happy looking forward to being back at the studios and seeing all of you.
These past 10 days have been a beautiful private retreat for the three of us, where we embraced the art of doing nothing👌😎☀️
As entrepreneurs, studio owners and yoga teacher we dedicate a significant amount of time to creating, planning, organizing, and interacting with many people, working long hours every day, seven days a week. These type of holidays, offer us always the precious chance to cherish solitude and simplicity.
Nestled in our cozy bungalow by the beach ✨, we embraced the freedom of having no plans or obligations. Our days were spent in harmonious rhythm with nature, following the sun’s path, walking along the beach, and immersing ourselves in the serenity of the sea. From sunrise meditations to sunset yoga and sunset watching (of course 😉) each day unfolded gracefully. We ate when hunger called, savored moments of siestas when needed, and allowed our minds to wander freely. The joy was amplified by swimming and playing with the queen 🐾👑 ♥️
