Let's mitigate the effects of climate change through smart climate practices even in our homes without complaining of space. It is possible with regenerative urban gardens.

Regenerative urban gardening is an environmentally conscientious approach to managing and planting gardens. Simply put, it means growing plants with the environment in mind, not just your consumption needs. This way, you nourish the soil naturally instead of depleting it and attempting to fix it with fertilizers.

we can't argue the fact that we have waste bags, tyres, bottles, leaves, buckets etc. we want to see how we can turn them into organic gardens.

Space is not a problem. Through regenerative urban gardens, every one is capable of growing his/her own vegetables, flowers, fruits, and green space, without using fertilizers except for organic manure.

Join us for this online training which is ecological friendly, environmentally friendly, improves urban beauty, enables clean breath and improves health conditions of citizens.

WOMEN IN LEADERSHIP ROLES

Decades of studies show women leaders help increase productivity, enhance collaboration, inspire organizational dedication, and improve fairness.
Being naturally adept at multitasking, women are able to handle complex situations without getting overwhelmed by the high demands of leading positions. Their attention to detail also adds to their problem-solving skills, making them perfect for leadership positions.

Women leadership programmes help breakdown these barriers by providing women with the necessary skills, resources, and opportunities to succeed. They also create a supportive and encouraging environment that empowers women to take on leadership roles and make a positive impact on their organisations and communities.

The woman plays the role in the family as a wife, a partner, an organiser, a director, a re-creator, a distributor, a manager and a disciplinary. In addition, women also play a key role in society's socio-economic development.
Throughout history, the central role of women in society has ensured the stability, progress and long-term development of nations

As women leaders, we have the responsibility to groom women by giving them the necessary skills to achieve all these.

TRAINING WORKSHOP ON FACT CHECKING FOR CSOs by AFRICA CHECK

On the 26th and 27th July 2023 at Djeuga Palace in Yaounde , women of the network of women leaders of CSOs participated in the training workshop on fact checking organised by Africa Check. This training workshop was aimed at empowering CSO leaders with tools and techniques on how to verify information online. At the end of the training the 20 carefully selected CSOs were urged to make good use of the knowledge recieved as they continue their work in their various communities.
It was an opportunity for women of Women Leaders of CSOs - Network to acquire skills which they will use to strengthen the network.
Before sharing information, believing in anything posted online, you need to verify the claim, the source and other géo-localisation details with the aid of online fact checking tools. In the absence of tools, there are certain signs to look out on the picture, vidéo or document inorder to avoid falling a victim or participating in misleading the masses
