Do you know that our body consist of 80% liquid?
Sound and vibration travel through liquid, in this case the vibration from the singing bowl will travel through the blood and other liquid inside the body. This will benefit us in regulating our blood flow, releasing tensions in the body, releasing any blockage in a physical level. At the other hand, our brain speak frequency, the same language as Sound.
So, the sound from the singing bowls, will lead us to relaxation and allowing our body to promote a self healing process.

Singing bowl has been a tool not only to bring a unity for mind, body and soul, but singing bowl is also believed to have a healing property. The healing tone that it produce can activate the healing power in the body by relaxing the mind and physical, and allowing the healing take place.

Join us once a month for a deep relaxing - meditating session.
Privat one-on-one or group class available on request.

In this class, participants will be guided to utilize a yoga wheel into the yoga practice. Either to go deeper into the pose, or to give extra challenge in the pose

Class is open for all levels, one-on-one class or group private are possible.
