In my business woman era…

I was silenced by a woman when I spoke up about an experience of a man misusing power in a business setting. Never in my life have I experienced anything like that.

The beautiful rage being silenced awoke within me brought me to a place of REALNESS.

Like F no. We do not silence women, and I want no part in this.

So…. The decision path was obvious: follow grounding and stability (not comfort or convenience).

I closed my in person practice, moved my base to San Jose, and received this redirection with gratitude. I fully focused on spreading the absolute magic I am so grateful to see happening with .me 🪽🤍🪽

And all that happened is my magic got more activated 💥

It’s time for a global shift where:

✔️empathy is normalized and embodied
✔️sensitive souls are understood and have a reliable roadmap for healing
✔️sensitivity becomes a superpower.
✔️we address mental health challenges from the root.

This is 38… a bumpy ride into an ascended space, and I’ll take it!

Grateful for my best week ever in my practice and with .me to close October.

To now have grounding in a longterm house up the road from my office, thanks to an Angel (really excited for the reno to be done).

To know my limits and have a balance between kindness and gentleness… and fierceness: clearly speaking for my needs and protecting my root chakra, as necessary. And knowing wise discernment for when to use each energy.

I’m most grateful for the incredible friendships I’ve built. To have a huge network of incredible people that hold you, help you and love you is one of the greatest treasures of my life. Happiness for me comes from there… holding each other gently as we walk this funny road of Earth life with its human things.

The heart is a vastly misunderstood part of your body. If your heart does not beat to a steady rhythm, you don't breathe, you don't live, you don't get to be on this plane anymore. The heart goes through a natural expansion and contraction. This innate movement, steadiness, pulse, is what brings life into existence. But many of you forget that there is an underlying essence in the heart. What makes a heart move? Can anyone explain that? "Oh, it just moves on its own," you may say. No. Think more deeply. What makes a heart move?

A spirit vibrating at its essence-at the rate of its essence-propels your heart to move. Your essence is not stagnant. All of the universe pulses with expansion and contraction. This is natural for life, for how could something know itself if there is no way to relate to itself through expansion and contraction in a steady flow. When expansion and contraction are balanced, life can form. Life can exist. It can get to know itself, for there is contrast to know itself from.

What would happen if you wouldn’t interrupt the purity of your heart? What if its permanent, beating calm was the frequency in which you existed?

Would you not find the ability to release reasons for suffering, blame, pain, etc.? This is not to say those emotions don’t mean anything, but they are not the enduring truth of your existence. They are minute responses to external occurrences in comparison to the grandeur, the enduring radiance of the calm in the stillness of your heart.

HORSE MEDICINE // Nothing like horse love… missing this a little bit today 🤍

One thing I know is that whatever Spirit takes away, it always brings back in a better form in its own time. I’m really excited to see what form horses come back to me in.

I walk with complete trust. Grateful to have had such a deep love in my life… and grateful for the magical times I’ve had in Costa Rica, which would never have happened if I had had all my horses….
