➡️KCR stands for Kinetic Chain Release, which is a full body rebalancing protocol, developed by Hugh Gilbert, a Scottish Physiotherapist.
➡️ It involves a combination of joint mobilisations, soft tissue releases and gentle stretches over an hour to bring the body back to a balanced position.
