Free yourself, even if it is just for a small while. Don't miss the magic around you for too long because then you forget it is there💫

Make sure you are looking for Joy and Love and you will always find it!
Years ago I had to create a practice of looking for these emotions on a daily basis cause there was so much pain,sadness and anger in my life!
It wasn't easy in the beginning but it was definetly worth it! I had my notes,my reminders and I was consistent because I was hungry for change!
Breaking a pattern that no longer serves you and creating one that really changes you is Power!

Stop struggling to make it perfect or more fun or more this and more that....

The best way to actualy change anything is first accepting what is!

Be ok with where you are and if a yearly goal overwhelms you choose the daily goal. Many of you overestimate what you can do in a year but underestimate what you can do in 5 years!

It's not about reaching the goal,it's about who you become on the journey to getting there!

Make sure you are Happy as often as possible. If you are not I am telling you now your Emotions don't lie. Pay attention and when necessary remove the toxic from your life! Only you know your limits!

As hard as it may be... when you can't put up with anymore...DON'T! don't play the game of compromise or makebelieve. You have probably already put up with enough!

Keep the ones that envy you at arm distance! Remember an enemy is never as dangerous as a jealous friend.
Hold your Ground and love yourself so fiercly so you don't get tanggled up in their sick minds!

Be real, be you, love as you know and don't look back! Don't hold a grudge and don't try to understand.You can't understand them... you don't think like them or feel like them so you can't understand them!

Life is a gift and despite the pain in it , it is a beautiful gift! Love your every moment, your every day and be grateful for it all❣️
Don't let the ugly make it ugly for you!

There is so much beauty around us and within us that no one can destroy for us unless we allow them. So consciously take back the power you have given others over your mood and emotions and start making each day at a time Amazing!

Although life can be a struggle and a heartache at many moments - No matter the pain, fear, exhaustion that comes with it please allow yourself to smile when you feel like it!
There are moments that so much is going on you feel guilty to even smile or you feel guilty to look ahead... To look for the moment in time that will come that things will be better.
If We don't allow ourselves to look for that moment of joy that hasn't yet arrived, that's where you begin to break down!

“ In Washington DC, at a Metro Station, on a cold January morning in 2007, a man with a violin played six Bach pieces for about 45 minutes. During that time, approximately 2000 people went through the station, most of them on their way to work.

After about four minutes, a middle-aged man noticed that there was a musician playing. He slowed his pace and stopped for a few seconds, and then he hurried on to meet his schedule.

About four minutes later, the violinist received his first dollar. A woman threw money in the hat and, without stopping, continued to walk.

At six minutes, a young man leaned against the wall to listen to him, then looked at his watch and started to walk again.

At ten minutes, a three-year old boy stopped, but his mother tugged him along hurriedly. The kid stopped to look at the violinist again, but the mother pushed hard and the child continued to walk, turning his head the whole time. This action was repeated by several other children, but every parent - without exception - forced their children to move on quickly.

At forty-five minutes: The musician played continuously. Only six people stopped and listened for a short while. About twenty gave money but continued to walk at their normal pace. The man collected a total of $32.

After one hour:
He finished playing and silence took over. No one noticed and no one applauded. There was no recognition at all.

No one knew this, but the violinist was Joshua Bell, one of the greatest musicians in the world. He played one of the most intricate pieces ever written, with a violin worth $3.5 million dollars. Two days before, Joshua Bell sold-out a theater in Boston where the seats averaged $100 each to sit and listen to him play the same music.

This is a true story. Joshua Bell, playing incognito in the D.C. Metro Station, was organized by the Washington Post as part of a social experiment about perception, taste and people’s priorities.

This experiment raised several questions:

In a common-place environment, at an inappropriate hour, do we perceive beauty?

If so, do we stop to appreciate it?

Do we recognize talent in an unexpected context?

One possible conclusion reached from this experiment could be this:

If we do not have a moment to stop and listen to one of the best musicians in the world, playing some of the finest music ever written, with one of the most beautiful instruments ever made…

How many other things are we missing as we rush through life?”

So I've been in bed for 4 days with a terrible cold and apparently it's not Covid so I can't even imagine what that must be like🤒I also apologise for not sending out personal messages to my clients, you all know how much I love you!!

I wanted to jump on social media and just wish you all an Amazing 2022. Keep looking ahead, keep seeing👀 it as you want it to be and once you maintain that vibration long enough I can only promise you it will be your reality Real Soon!!

Dream of all those wonderful things you want... once wanted... have always wanted! See your relationships filled with passion, playfulness, fun and laughter.

See your business expanding and growing as you wish! See yourself growing mentally, emotionally and physically... See what you want to experience!

Remind yourself to see more sunsets, more barefoot walks on the beach, more late nights looking up at the stars, more dancing in the kitchen, more singing in the bath, more walks in nature, more giggles over wine, more hugs...
The beautiful things we appreciate for a while and then forget they are even there...

Whatever you don't like in your life dare to change it and if you feel you can't now then learn to love it. Accept what is when things feel tough cause life has a tendancy of just falling into place.

Remember to look up to the sky and to thank God for every New Day! Practice Gratitude daily and you will strengthen the love and faith in your heart and fear will have no choice but to eventually leave you!

There is no dream that is impossible, any experience you want to have is out there waiting for YOU!
