It's that time of the year again, time to catch up with loved ones, but most importantly, take care of yourself! Reflect on the year passing and look forward to the year ahead. After a three year hiatus, it's great to be back in Argaka providing massage for a yoga and Pilates retreat from London. So nice to catch up with previous attendees and organisers, as well as treating new faces against a ocean backdrop like no other! Fantastic to be back 😀

When we think of massage our minds often go to oil based relaxing hand to body kneading massage, however one of the most popular massages in the Eastern world is Thai Yoga Massage. Yesterday I spent an amazing morning at the abandoned Knights Templar village of Foinikas. Rambling through the ruins and taking in the spectacular scenery Cyprus has to offer. Getting out into nature really is soothing for the mind and soul. If you've not been I'd recommend it, only 20mins from Pafos!!!

As the days get cooler and wetter we often find ourselves being more sedentary to stay out of the cold. If you tend to 'hibernate' during winter, try to incorporate a stretching routine to help keep yourself loose and limber, even if just 5/10 minutes every morning. Don't forget there's always massage too, which would get your blood pumping, relax and stretch the muscles. You can even book an outcall so you don't have to leave the comfort of your own home.
