💧 Washed Fermentation: beans are fermented in water, resulting in a clean, bright flavor. The acidity is often more pronounced, perfect for those who love a crisp cup.
🫘 Natural Fermentation: beans are dried with the fruit still intact, leading to a sweeter, fruitier profile. This method tends to produce a more complex body and aroma.
🍯 Honey Process: a hybrid method where some fruit remains on the bean during drying. This produces a balance between the brightness of washed coffee and the sweetness of natural.
