„I’m totally new to the coaching game. I only got my fitness trainer certification because I was curious about how the body works and how exercise affects it. Since I know firsthand how amazing it feels to move and be active, I thought, why not share that feeling with as many people as possible?
BLN.Athletics gave me the chance to coach, and honestly, I couldn’t imagine a better side gig now.
When I’m not in the gym, I spend my time inspecting construction sites for defects and damage. Yep, quite the mix, right?“

„After doing CrossFit as an athlete for 10 years, I wanted to explore a new aspect of my favorite fitness program and discovered a new passion in coaching. Helping others understand and improve their movements, and sharing tips and tricks I’ve learned over the years, not only motivates me as a coach but also as an athlete.
For me, the most important aspect of training is to consider it holistically. Factors such as the duration and timing of sleep, dietary habits, stress levels, and overall lifestyle all impact your training and performance. It’s crucial to view training as a continuous journey as an athlete, rather than just a 60-minute session attended a few times a week.“
