Our next Supper Club is coming up on July 27th. This time you will be able to join us for a delicious summer taste of Latin American cuisine with our Executive Chef, Peter Gross. Price per person is 70 €, you can get your tickets at the bar Covi Natural Wines or in Covent Garden.

Ceviche Delights

Aqua chile de Atún
Aguachile is a typical Mexican dish in the style of ceviche.
Ingredients : Watermelon, cucumber, green chili peppers , ají & tuna.

Ceviche clásico
Ingredients: White fish marinated in leche de tigre/typical Peruvian marinade/ accompanied by plantain chips.

Coktel de camarón 🍤
Shrimp cocktail with a mixture of tomato sauce, cilantro & limes.

Summer ceviche
Ingredients: Mango, pomegranate, mint & pineapple.

Each dish will be accompanied by a glass of natural wine.

Appetizer: ‘Coca escaldada amb gambetes i bleda’ - special flat bread with shrimps and chard.

Main: ‘Arròs negre’ - Rice with squid cooked in their own ink.

Dessert: ‘Coca en llanda amb gelat d’orxata’ - Cinnamon and lemon cake with tiger nut ice cream.
The three course menu is pared with three different glasses of Natural wine.

Zoom Virtual tasting with one of our magic winemakers. Fabio Bartolomei from Vinos Ambiz, in his winery in Sierra de Gredos, Spain, Fabio is already excited to share his wines with you.

We want you to drink these 3 wines with Fabio’s together with him, to ask him questions, to share your comments about the wines …. and basically to share your feelings with him and with everyone who will be joining us at this online get together.
You will be opening and tasting Fabio’s wines at the same time he is doing!
