This allows us to pour wine without removing the cork and keep the remaining bottle fresh for weeks or months. We “open” bottles for you without actually “opening” them - with Coravin, the wine always stays fresh and free from any oxidation.

Not to be unnoticed in the restaurant: the artwork "Noche Zaj" by Walter Marchetti (1931 - 2015). The Italian composer is considered a pioneer of interactive and concrete music.

According to the gallery Armin hundermark, the music group Zaj was founded in 1964 in Madrid by Walter Marchetti and Juan Hildago with the support of John Cage. Since then, there have been about fifty Zaj manifestations in Europe, especially Madrid.
