This week we had an inspiring session as part of our Women’s Community ”In conversation with Women in Business” speaker event series, when Heike Eckert, Member of the Executive Board at Deutsche Börse AG, shared profound insights regarding her career and being a woman in a male-dominated industry. The Data Engineering Team provides the data that forms the basis of all Solactive products: this is data obtained from data vendors as well as data created at Solactive.

As a member of the Data Engineering team, you will help design, implement and operate new data products in close collaboration with our business units. You will create high-performance data processing solutions that scale using emerging technologies and approaches and help us define new best practices.

✨Our high-school intern Soraya Karawia spent a month in our Department and has shared her impressions with us:

"Like most people my age, I don’t know what I want to do in the future, but that’s where my helped me most. I think being in the research department was ideal for me. 🤗

The topics I worked on helped me understand more about the big picture side of economics, and asking my colleagues about their work also gave me an understanding of how the organization operates and how every department is connected to each other." 🏙️

📈As the Team Lead of Real-Time Feed Integration at Solactive AG, you will lead a team of engineers to implement real-time feed integration projects for our global clients in the financial industry. You will define project scopes, timelines, and deliverables while ensuring adherence to high standards of data quality and low latency. Your role will involve fostering collaboration, promoting innovation, and driving professional growth within the teams. With your strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and effective communication, you will identify and address technical challenges, monitor project progress, and provide strategic recommendations to enhance our data offerings.
