Trends und Schlüsseltechnologien auf der FVA-Informationstagung – Blicksteuerung in der FVA-Workbench

Im Rahmen einer gemeinsamen Produktdemonstration zeigen die FVA GmbH und das Münchener Start-up 4tiitoo GmbH am 05.12.2019, wie man Eye Tracking / Blicksteuerung nutzen kann, um die Bedienung von Applikationen - u.a. die FVA Workbench - noch intuitiver und effizienter nutzen zu können.

Dieses wird durch die Eye Tracking Plattform NUIA ermöglicht, welche eine Kombination aus Eyetracking und künstlicher Intelligenz nutzt, um Anwendungen effizienter und ergonomischer zu steuern.

„Wir freuen uns, dass wir mit der FVA GmbH die führende, herstellerneutrale Softwarelösung für die Modellierung, Parametrisierung und Berechnung von Getriebesystemen in der Antriebstechnik als Partner gewinnen konnten. Für diese Veranstaltung werden spezifische Arbeitsabläufe in der FVA-Workbench exemplarisch vorgeführt, um aufzuzeigen, wie -mit Hilfe der Blicksteuerung- Arbeitserleichterungen geschaffen werden können“, so Mark Vitorovic, VP Strategic Partners & Channel der 4tiitoo GmbH

4tiitoo is one of the four winners of the "Perfect Match" - founder competition of Gelsenwasser AG, Dortmunder Energie und Wasserversorgung GmbH (DEW21), Stadtwerke Bochum and Stadtwerke Essen.

The competition was organized by "Kolumbus", the innovation network of these companies.

Of 100 scouted start-ups, 16 were invited - these start-ups had to present their products/solutions to the decision-makers during various selection rounds / speed-datings.

At the end of the event 4 winners had been chosen.
These startups have now the opportunity to work closely with the attending companies (e.g. via a mentoring system, enhanced internal network possibilities etc.).

4tiitoo would like to thank Perfect Match for the opportunity to participate and is looking forward to the cooperation.

Innovative Management Partner IMP and BASF launched a “Trend Radar for Consumer Electronics”. The external experts for this survey came from a broad variety of companies to evaluate the 45 hypotheses.

One of the overall TOP 5 evaluations -based on probability of occurrence & impact- was around natural user interaction.

The thesis is that “By 2030, natural user interaction (i.e. voice control, eye tracking and/or gesture control) will be the new standard for human machine interfaces in all devices.”

What solutions do start-ups offer for the challenges of companies in drive technology, fluid technology and electrical automation?

4tiitoo was invited to the Management Summit of the VDMA in Mainz last week. We had the opportunity to showcase how eye tracking could increase the efficiency and ergonomics within these areas.

The participants showed a great interest in the Startup Innovation Pitches and were able to see the individual products live afterwards.

In addition, there was an interesting keynote speech on "Digital Humanism" by Prof. Dr. Dr. h.c. Julian Nida-Rümelin, Professor of Philosophy and Political Theory, LMU Munich

We would like to thank the VDMA and especially Laura Dorfer and Eric Maiser for the opportunity to participate.

4tiitoo at the “Start-up Connection - Companies meet start-ups” organized by VDMA Bavaria at the “Strascheg Center for Entrepreneurship”.

Start-ups had the opportunity to pitch and “speed date” companies interested in innovative new technologies. Additionally, great insights on the topic “What kind of possibilities do you have for working with start-ups?” were provided by Prof. Klaus Sailer.

4tiitoo once again used this opportunity to convince the attendees in a live demo (you must see it! 😊), how eye tracking with AI is used to improve the efficiency and ergonomics for digital workplaces - from accounting and procurement to engineering and construction to service center and shop floor.
