Have you heard of Maxime Crotet? Maxime, the former cellar master and right hand to Frederic Cossard, has embarked on his own winemaking journey! After honing his skills at one of the unicorns in natural winemaking, he’s now crafting his own label. Monsieur Crotet resides and operates his cellar in Beaune, where he produces exquisite Burgundy wines alongside some negoce wines sourced from various regions across France! We’ve just received his latest negoce wines, and after tasting them, we simply can’t wait to have his Burgundies in later this year!

Very happy to let you know that we added another Burgundy-producer to our portfolio. Nicolas Raspiller from Chaux just outside Nuits-Saint-Georges.

We tasted his 2022 vintage from barrels a couple of weeks ago and were completely stoked about it.

Nicolas is a humble guy who besides producing wine produces some banger-burgundy-honey 🐝

Welcome in the famallez, Monsieur.

The family is finally reunited here in Copenhagen 💅

This is Mathieu Deshautels, our first but definitely not last Champagne producer. Mathieu has taken over his parents' vineyards in Les Mesnil Sur Oger and Cramant and vinifies in his cellar in Ay. The vineyards are located in the Côte des Blancs and the cellar in Valle de la Marne.

The young producer belongs to the new generation of Champagne and is an extremely skilled lad. Besides working in his vineyards, he also teaches enology and agriculture. He has experience in winemaking in Australia, South Africa, Greece, and Burgundy, where he worked with Claire Naudin. On top of that, he is a down-to-earth and lovable guy who puts a smile on everybody's faces.

All vineyards are farmed biodynamically, and no chemicals are used in either the vineyards or the cellar. Even though the Champagnes are made without the addition of sulfur, they are extremely well-made! Complex and mineral, yet clean and fresh.

We can't wait to have the first vintage here! Stay tuned. (And yes, the volumes are ridiculously small)

We are very happy to let y’all know that we now represent aka. Jason Ligas!

Jason has been close to winemaking his whole life as he more or less grew up in his familys winery. Since then he’d been working with Selosse in Champagne, made wine with Patrick Boujo in the island of Samos, and now he is ready with his own winery, Voi.

The wines are made from the highest mountain in Greece, the Olympus mountain. Which is an unique, difficult and very rocky terroir.

He only work with blue grapes. All wines are made from the same grape material, but he’s making a Blanc de noir, a vin de Voile and a light but yet expressive rosé.

And yes, Jason loves dogs 🐩

Domaine Les Grandes Vignes aka Familie Vaillant. Freshest addition to our portfolio directly from Anjou in Loire. Biodynamic certified since 2008 with all wines made without any kind of bu****it. No manipulation, no addition of sulphites nor any filtration. Vin vivant. Au revoir. Allezallez! 💚💚💚

It is Friday and we are happy to let you know that we added yet another producer to our portfolio. This time from beautiful Penedes in Catalunya! Viva Espana!

Ivan Gallego was without doubt the Spanish producer we were looking for. With our love for good Xarel-lo we knew from first sip when we tasted his version, that we needed to bring in these beauties. Beside the Xarel-lo he is producing a stunning Macabeu as well as an elegant but structured Garnatxa Negra.

Organically farmed grapes (ofc), no spraying in the vineyards, indigenous yeast, skin-maceration, amphora aging and all this old/new/modern s**t. Anyway the wines are delicious, most importantly, and you should try them. Find them online and in store!
