BLINIS x BOXES

What do they have to do with each other after all? It may surprise you, but they both are a part of the same concept ☝🏽

Back in 2019 Thomas & Anastasia opened a very ambitious food concept with a clear vision to create a new thinking way to serve a first class blinis. The idea behind the concept was to make it sustainable in every thinkable detail: from the local supply chain to the healthy working environment, from the seasonal awareness to the inviting interior in natural materials.

Our first MULGEO Blinis Bar opened at Torvehallerne in Copenhagen and the first box-chairs were designed for the location.

As many other companies we had a tough time under the pandemics and had to clove the BLINIS BAR for two years. During this time, we focused on the interior part of MULGEO concept - the product line was extended, the showroom at Store Kongensgade in Copenhagen opened, the webshop was created and BOX-CHAIRS were presented to the world on the international design fair in Paris, Maison et Objet.

In the end of 2021 we got the first BtB order to deliver blinis and since then, for the last 6 months, we baked more then 150.000 fresh baked blinis with brown butter and delivered to the best 15 fishmongers in town 🥞🥞🥞

So yeah from BLINIS to BOXES, and back to BLINIS with BOXES, and we are ready to bring MULGEO to the next level, so follow our small company from Denmark for more stories🤞🏽🇩🇰
