Sergey: Hi! Thanks for your interesting question. Mash is an innovative social platform designed to redefine the ways creators interact with their audience. The main idea of Mash is to provide a universal tool that allows combining subscribers from different social networks in one place. This enables creators to monetize their creativity more effectively and subscribers to enjoy unique and high-quality content without the need to switch between different platforms. Mash aims to create an environment where everyone can express themselves, support their favorite authors, and become part of something bigger.

Interviewer: What are the main features offered by the Mash app?

Sergey: In the Mash app, we have integrated all the most popular tools for bloggers, which makes it easier to monetize their content. We are focusing on paid subscriptions, streams, and a market.

We are currently finalizing the app on the iPhone, as it turns out, the first one was for Android. Therefore, we invite all active bloggers on Android to join us, download Mash, and showcase it to their audience on YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Medium, and other platforms, and we ask iPhone bloggers to apply to be on the Mash waiting list.

We conducted an interview with Sergey, one of the co-founders of the Mash app.

He shared an enthralling story about his path to success in the blogging world.

🗣️Please tell us how you came to create the Mash app?

Sergey: I started blogging over 5 years ago, and it took a lot of time and money to grow my blog and earn about $1,000,000 a year from my hobby.

This success is not only because I work hard or have expensive advertising, but also because I use over 15 different social networks and tools (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Patreon, Telegram channels, website, store, my own merch, etc.).

Managing all this chaos is very challenging. For a young blogger to create this by themselves is almost impossible without enough experience, patience, and money.

Existing platforms do not meet even half of the needs of bloggers and influencers.

Therefore, when an acquaintance approached me with the idea to create an app that would offer maximum services for a content creator, I agreed without hesitation. I became not only an investor but also a "player-coach," because as an active blogger, I understood our urgent needs better than anyone.

Later, my deputy in current businesses and media, Vlad, joined us, and that's how we became a trio of founders.

🗣️What were your first steps and how did you overcome the challenges on the way to success?

Sergey: We decided to create a mobile app that would be convenient and attractive for both bloggers and their followers. But first and foremost, it had to be as functional as possible, consolidating as many needs of a blogger and their audience in one place, giving them the ability to monetize everything.

For example, we have a feature for paid community subscriptions or one-time donations (hello, Patreon), buying video greetings (hello, Cameo), stories and posts (hello, Instagram), live streams (watch out, Instagram and TikTok), videos (thank you, YouTube), audio podcasts (goodbye, Spotify), and a blogger's merch market, among others.

As you can see, most of the features in Mash have already been invented by someone else, and each of these companies has long been a "unicorn," but no one has combined them in such a way that provides maximum convenience to the blogger and their audience (instead of downloading 15 different apps) and the opportunity for monetization. Simple, convenient, profitable, all in one place!

🗣️What plans do you have for the future and how do you see the development of the Mash app?

Sergey: We are currently conducting an ICO in crypto to attract as wide an audience of progressive people as possible, explaining to them why our app includes blockchain technology (I'll let you in on a secret: it's for transparency in the relationship between influencers and their followers, and also for investing in bloggers, as traditional stocks, bonds, crypto, and real estate have become too commonplace and not as profitable), after which we will continue to refine the app for heavy loads, improve the design, and finally roll out the iOS version (we know most bloggers use Apple smartphones, but it happened that we started with Android).

In general, there's plenty of work. We just need more people and more hours in the day. I hope investments and the experience of crypto enthusiasts or even someone like Google will help fix this.

So I invite all active bloggers to join us now, download Mash, and showcase it to their audience on YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Medium, and other platforms, and bloggers with iPhones – to apply to our waiting list.

Our goal: within 2 years to become the leading product in the world of blogging and social media, to help as many bloggers as possible start earning, and to become a prominent company with a capitalization of at least $10 billion.
