ABOUT KUBAANO
Kubaano food truck is a family business where a chef meets a sommelier. Joonas and Maret, husband and wife, have worked at different restaurants for more than 15 years but in 2022 decided to go out on their own. Inspired by the movie “Chef,” they acquired a food truck and Kubaano was born. They do all the prep in-house, from making their own sauces, pickling their vegetables and cooking their meats on a Kamado Joe grill.

After a long day of drinking and before a long day of drinking, what sounds better than bread and fruit? Brewklyn has you covered with a bagel brunch featuring Arpus and their fantastic smoothies!

Plus some of the brewery team!

For food, we'll have freshly baked bagels from Paul's Bagels of Kalamaja (Tallinn) with authentically made NYC-style bagels plus cream cheese and smoked salmon for sale. The bagels are fantastic, we'd put them head to head with any good spot in Brooklyn. So if you want to carb load before Saturday's session, do it the NYC way with a bagel (or two!)

Thursday, June 13th 6-10pm - Finback Rare Stout Pours at Brewklyn!

We are honored to host one of Finback's founders/owners as part of TCBW weekend where we'll be selling bottle pours of three rare stouts.

>BA Grazing on the Ordinary 2024 (4.40/5), Imperial stout with coconut and hazelnut. Barrel aged.
>BA 2023 Coconut Drip (4.32/5), Imperial Stout with coconut, coffee, vanilla, peanut butter, Invisible Force Colombian Coffee.
>BQE 2022: Double Banana Coconut (4.24/5), Imperial stout with cacao nibs, Invisible Force Brazil Yuki Minami Coffee, banana and coconut. Aged in bourbon barrels.

Price: 17€ for a 50mL pour of each bottle or 7€ for one. Any remaining bottles will be available for sale on Sunday
