This DIPA is very much focused on tropical fruit with strong citrus undercurrents. Heavy on mango and pineapple forward hops with Azacca, Galaxy and Mosaic supported strongly by lemon, lime and coconut notes of Cryo Ekuanot and a light touch of potent Sabro. We went very heavty on the oat content and a relatively high final gravity on this beer create a super smooth and thick fruity experience with a refreshing slightly grassy, citrus character.

Celebarting Baltic Porter Day with a special release brewed by specially for the event!
Baltic Porter Day 2022 is a true celebration of that beerstyle, featuring luxuriously rich malt base with flavours of toasted rye bread, red berries and dark chocolate, and aged on Palo Santo wood that adds aromatic notes of vanilla, toasted almonds, eucalyptus and fresh mint, with a long smooth finish.

Chocolate Mudcake Stout brewed with cocoa nibs, cocoa paste, molasses and lactose aged in Bourbon Maple Syrup barrels. A new addition to Silver Series. Now available at our bottle shop.

Are you ready for a true blizzard? Pakane is a dry and crisp beer brewed in a mix style of ale and lager. Aroma is citrus-driven - tangerine, grapefruit, pomelo and lime. Orange blossoms and pine add some freshness to the mix. Palate is dry with a dominating bitter character, orange zest oils and grapefruit bitterness.
