This case study explores the story of a 49-year-old man who has been dealing with lower back pain and related limitations. A thorough MRI scan revealed a disc herniation protruding 9.7mm in an anterior-posterior direction.
After having eight therapy sessions over four weeks, the results were really impressive. The bulging disc got smaller, measuring just 2.97mm after the treatment. The patient also experienced significantly reduced pain and improved functional ability.
