مقال ممتاز عن قطع النحاس الأحمر على ماكينات الفيبر ليزر

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

تعالو نشوف علي السريع كدا ايه مشكلة النحاس الاحمر او copper عند تشغيله علي مكنة الفايبر ليزر .

تعالو الاول نشرح معامل مهم جدا اسمه refractive index

دا عباره عن النسبه بين سرعة الضوء في الفراغ الي سرعة الضوء في الماده اللي عاوز احسب ليها المعامل دا .

طيب نقول بقي المعامل دا لما يكبر ايه اللي بيحصل و لما بيصغر ايه بيحصل .
- لما المعامل دا بيكبر دا معناه ان الضوء سرعته بتقل فجأه ودا بيادي الي انكسار كبير و انحراف لشعاع الضوء و تغير مساره بعيد عند الانعكاس و العكس صحيح الرقم دا لو قل بيقل انكسار الضوء و بالتالي بيقل انحرافه .

طيب تعاله بقي نخش علي الليزر .. الليزر في الاصل هو شعاع من الضوء بس مش هو شعاع الضوء الابيض اللي نعرفه اللي جاي من الشمس الفرق بس ان ضوء الشمس متعدد الاطوال الموجيه اما الليزر احادي الطول الموجي ودا عاوز قعده عشان نفهم الطول الموجي دا وتعريفات علميه سيبك منها الوقتي .

المهم بقي ال refractive index للحديد بيكون ٣ و كسور دا معناه ان سرعة الضوء في الحديد اقل منه في الفراغ تقريبا تلت سرعة الضوء في الفراغ .

دا بيادي الي انكسار في شعاع الضوء (او خلينا نقول الليزر) و اي شعاع بينزل علي الحديد بيتشتت و يتعكس بعيد عن مكان القص (متقوليش امال بيقص ازاي بقي بدل بينعكس ! ...هو القص حصل بسبب الطاقه اللي بيحملها الشعاع دا انا بتكلم عن الشعاع نفسه 😅) .

طيب ال refractive index للنحاس الاحمر كام ؟؟ .

تقريبا 0.6 !! دا معناه ان الشعاع مش بيلحق ينكسر اصلا علطول بينعكس في نفس مكان القص . طب وايه المشكله ؟

لا مشكله كبيره انت عارف فين مكان القص دا ؟؟ دا الهيد ! يعني الشعاع بينعكس علي الهيد نفسه و دا يؤدي الي ارتفاع رهيب في درجة الحراره و كابل الفايبر نفسه ممكن يبوظ منك عشان كدا النحاس الاحمر بيكون مشكله في القص علي الفايبر ليزر كمان النحاس الاحمر طارد للحراره و بيفقد الحراره سريعا ودا بردو بيادي لارتفاع درجة حرارة مقدمة الهيد و يبوظ ال protective lens بسرعه .

طيب نفترض انا عاوز اشتغل شغلانه ضروريه نحاس احمر .. اشتغلها عادي بس نصايح متشتغلش كتير و حاول القطع ميبقاش فيها تفاصيل و ثقوب كتير عشان يخلص بسرعه و حاول تريح المكنه كل شويه متخليش الشغل كله ورا بعض عشان تحافظ علي الهيد و المكنه .

If you’re designing a product where electrical conductivity is relevant, you may be considering aluminum as the base material. Alternatively, you may already have a product made of aluminum and are simply interested in the electrical properties of this popular metal. Depending on your specific application, a material’s electrical properties may be an essential design consideration.

Materials whose atoms allow for electrons to flow through them easily are known as good conductors of electricity, whereas materials that make this flow difficult are bad conductors. There are also materials whose atoms refuse to allow electrons to flow, which we call insulators.

Overall, aluminum ranks fourth in electrical conductivity for known metals. In this list, the first and third place are taken by silver and gold, respectively, which are far too expensive to consider for most regular applications. Therefore we can say that aluminum ranks as the second most conductive material available in a practical sense, only after copper.

there are many different aluminum alloys, classified in grades or series, and each of them will have different electrical conductivity. Alloys from the 1 # # #, 6 # # #, and 8 # # # series present the best electrical conductivity in aluminum alloys.

Electric busbars, which are used to distribute electric power to different circuits inside a building, are now more often than not made from aluminum. This is often done when size is not a constraint, but the weight and cost of copper may be.

Overall, aluminum is an excellent choice for products that need superior electrical conductors, to the point where it is replacing copper in many applications. Its excellent conductivity-to-weight ratio and low cost make it the preferred option for an increasing number of applications where electrical conduction is important.

With a typical oxygen content of less than 0.0005% and a typical copper grade of 99.99%, C101 Oxygen Free Copper is the highest-grade copper available, and the material properties closely resemble that of elemental copper. The target purity is so high that silver is removed as an impurity.

As an ultra-high purity copper product, C101 Oxygen Free Copper has very good electrical and thermal conductivity, has good machinability, and is highly ductile. By reducing the oxygen content to less than 0.0005% these properties are more exaggerated than standard copper products and as such find a variety of highly specialized industrial applications.

Busway manufacturers will not find a better and purer material than oxygen-free copper, especially since most of the welding processes are carried out on copper bars used in busway, which require high quality and very low electrical resistance for welding, and welding processes require high temperatures that reach the melting temperature (1080°C) The presence of oxygen at this temperature leads to high oxidation that increases the electrical introduction of the welding points.
The higher the purity of any copper product, the better the corrosion resistance, the higher the electrical conductivity, and less heat is produced while conducting electricity. As the purest copper product possible, C101 Oxygen Free Copper provides the best results of any copper products.

By removing almost all impurities there are very few interruptions to the metallic structure of the copper, and by removing almost all oxygen there is a significant reduction in oxidation of the metallic copper which can further impede performance.

This was transmitted by busway-trunking systems. A known manufacturer is company Bulldog, which introduced 1932 their busway trunking system to the market. After the second world war this technology was used also in the European market: The first busway trunking systems were introduced by Hein Moeller 1950 in Europe and produced since 1954 by company Klöckner-Moeller in Germany, In the same period company Telemecanique established the system Canalis in France. The standard IEC 60439-2 defines since 1993 busway trunking systems, since 2012 the successional IEC 61439-6 is valid. This standard need to be read in context with IEC 61439-1 (Low-voltage switchgear and controlgear assemblies – Part 1: General rules). Field of application: busway trunking systems could be used for the transport as well as for the distribution of electrical energy: Transport means the connection between two electrical systems (e.g. transformer to switchboard).
