Role
• Conduct reviews of assigned organizational and functional activities.
• Evaluates the adequacy and effectiveness of controls over activities reviewed.
• Determine whether areas reviewed are performing their planning, accounting, custodial, or control activities in compliance with management instructions, applicable statements of policy and procedures, and in a manner consistent with organizational objectives.
• Plans and executes audits in accordance with KPMG accepted standards.
• Report audit findings and make recommendations for correcting unsatisfactory conditions, improving operations and reducing cost.

KPMG is looking for hiring Process improvement supervisor

Responsibilities:
the Process Improvement Specialist is responsible for monitoring, interrogating and optimizing end-to-end complex process activities within the operational environment. standardize and improve the ways we work. You will:
- Assess current processes, identify gaps and design to-be processes.
- Assess and develop policies and procedures
- Assess and develop Key Performance Indicators.
- End-to-end process redesign under a service delivery framework
- Deep and detailed assessment of performance improvement opportunities
- Identifying, prioritizing and implementing improvement opportunities in the end to end process including updating process and procedure documentation
- Proven ability to coach and train others in the use of Process Improvement tools and methodologies
- Experience in analyzing and interpreting data to support solution design and benefits quantification
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills with ability to build and maintain relationships with key contacts across all business levels
- Working knowledge of project associated software preferable (e.g. MS Visio)

3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably a consulting experience.
Experience in operating model design, or business process modeling, or operational improvement and optimization, or enterprise performance management.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and structural thinking skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with professionals at all levels.
Written and verbal communication, presentation, and persuasion skills.
Strong work ethic and must be proactive/self-starter.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, and process modeling tools (e.g. Visio)
Formal Lean Six Sigma certification highly desirable
Fluent written and spoken English and Arabic are essential.
