Technical Office Engineer (Architecture)

Responsibilities:
- Preparing BOQ.
- Study and review all tender documents
received to tenders, contract general and
special conditions, specifications, drawings and preparing BOQ. - Bachelor's degree in Arch. Engineering.
- 10 years of experience
- Professional knowledge in Construction,
methods and applications.
- Excellent command of (MS Office - AutoCAD)
- knowledge of relevant software E.R.P system
and iPrimavera is preferred.

Accountent
(Male Only)

Responsibilities:
- Manage all accounting transactions.
- Publish financial statements in time.
- Prepare budget forecasts.
- Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings.
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
- Ensure timely bank payments.
- Compute taxes and prepare tax returns.
- Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements.

Qualifications:
- Experience from 3-5 years.
- Understanding of mathematics and accounting and financial processes.
- Possessing advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- Good command of English.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.

- Possessing advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- Good command of English.
- Communication, negotiation, time managment and relationship-building skills.
