It’s going to be cozy and fun 🙂 that’s what it’s like with us in the fall 🙂 Those who have been here know! 🤗

🍂 Fall is slowly approaching, and with it... the hot season of our camps in Fuerteventura! 🔥

Fall is my favorite time on the island where I live: the water is warm, the wind dies down, the sky turns pink... In Europe, the autumn gloom is creeping in, but here it’s a beautiful, sunny time for beach days and enjoying the wonderful weather 💛

Our camp dates are:

🐠 30.11-7.12 Yoga & Pilates Camp

What’s more: the trip is coordinated with direct Wizzair flights from Warsaw, which are currently at great prices! ✈️

So far, we’ve had 13 camps, and the girls keep coming back regularly, which is the most important thing to me because I’m creating a space here for you that’s meant to be your safe haven, a place where you want to be and return to 🤗

We are right in the center of the town, just by the beach where we do yoga in the mornings 🫠🫠
You wake up by the ocean, and all you need to do is go downstairs or walk across a bit of the beach, and you’re already at yoga...

The price for the trip: starting at €870 for the entire stay!! 🤩 depending on the accommodation option 🙂

The price includes not only your chosen accommodation but also the full package of travel delights!

This price includes all of the following:

🦑 7 days of yoga with a certified and experienced instructor, with morning and evening sessions (weather permitting, the morning sessions are held on the beach, by the sound of the ocean). We provide yoga mats, straps, and blocks!

🦑 7 nights in private apartments or a hotel right in the town center (there’s no better location in town! You’re right by the beach, two minutes from all the cafes and shops)

🦑 Airport transfers up to two days before and after the camp, and throughout the trip when we do our group excursions

🦑 A shared welcome dinner in town, in Spanish style and atmosphere (tailored to your diet)

🦑 New! Dance classes: Feminine belly dance: Four elements and chakras!

🦑 Group island exploration, activities: beach days, a volcano trip, sightseeing in towns, and much more

🦑 Evening sound bowl and gong ritual “Goodnight”

🦑 Guided meditation

The price does not include:

🪼 Mandatory insurance (we also recommend insurance covering the cost of flight cancellation)

Każdy z nas był kiedyś w takiej sytuacji, w której czuł że dotarł do ściany. Nie widać żadnych drzwi, jest ciemno.
Świat staje się okrągły a my kręcimy się w kółko z poczuciem, że pozostało tylko poddać się.

Może właśnie teraz jesteś w takiej sytuacji?

To jest właśnie moment kiedy zmuszeni jesteśmy dokonać wyboru. Zmieniam coś czy zostaję w okrągłym pokoju odbijajac się od ścian z coraz bardziej poobijanym ciałem i coraz mniejszym poczuciem sensu. Nie zrobienie niczego też jest wyborem.

Ja właśnie w takiej sytuacji trafiłam do Zuzi Zuzanna Puławska Yoga Amigas niesamowitej dziewczyny, która kiedyś zdecydowała o przeprowadzce na Fuerteventurę.
Tuż przy oceanie, pod palmą, na mięciutkim piasku prowadzi zajęcia jogi. Ale takie prawdziwe, z oddechem, medytacją i prawdziwym kontaktem ze sobą. To nie fitness, to spotkanie ze sobą.

Trafiają do niej kobiety w różnych momentach życia, każda z inną historią, w których można się przejrzeć i na fali prawdziwej i szczerej kobiecej solidarności dać sobie nową siłę.

I nagle okazuje się, że pokój nie jest wcale okrągły, są tam okna i drzwi, których wcześniej nie widzieliśmy. Wystarczy nacisnąć klamkę.

I'll be honest with you: it went by too fast!
I feel a bit sad, but also immensely happy that I got to meet such inspiring women, that we spent so many good and warm moments together, that we ate so well (oh, we ate so many delicious things!😅) and that you left with a smile.✨

Did your long weekend also fly by so quickly?! 🤯

I had such a great time with the girls that I didn't even notice when our camp came to an end!

It was peaceful, fun, and cozy. Just wonderful. We ate a lot of delicious food, but don't worry! We also did some serious exercising 🤫💛
