Hello lovely soul, nice to meet you!
My name is Lisa Prugger, founder of Island Yoga Fuerteventura.
I am a passionate and certified yoga instructor specializing in Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin Yoga. Since 2018, I have been offering beach yoga classes and retreats on the beautiful island of Fuerteventura. Originally from Austria, I have found my home here, where I can share my love for yoga in such a breathtaking setting.
My yoga journey began many years ago, transforming me both personally and professionally. Over the years, I have developed a unique teaching style, blending Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin Yoga to create a holistic practice for all levels. I believe in yoga’s power to connect the body, mind, and spirit, and strive to create a welcoming, serene environment for all students.
In my beach yoga classes, enjoy the ocean’s calming sounds and the sun’s warm rays as we flow through rejuvenating poses. My retreats offer a deeper dive, combining daily yoga sessions with activities that nourish the soul and inspire mindfulness.
I adapt yoga to the modern age, making it accessible and enjoyable for everyone. My goal is to convey ease and lightness, helping students find balance, peace, and strength on and off the mat. Join me on this beautiful journey and discover yoga’s transformative power together.
