Our conscious events manager, the mastermind behind many of Ibiza’s wellness retreats, and your go-to soul branding consultant for holistic entrepreneurship. Egle loves creating businesses that aren't just successful but are deeply meaningful and impactful 🔝

Sharon Selene: Marketing Lead 🔝

Born in Italy and raised in California, our Marketing Lead dives headfirst into the world of communication and music. She not only contributes to the marketing team at Island Hospitality but is also a host on Ibiza Sonica and a songwriter ✨

Skilled in crafting brand identities, marketing strategies, social media plans, and copywriting across music, luxury design, and pop culture, she strives to make meaningful connections 👌

Jo Youle is a journalist and podcaster with a long history of broadcast experience, from CNN International to BBC Radio. Her passion is reflected as a storyteller on The Reset Rebel series and as a music journalist on her brand new Beat Wala Podcast unveiling the stories behind the musicianship of DJ’s and producers 🔝

Jo is an audio creative and presenter and brings island stories to light that show Ibiza in a way that attempts to reset the narrative of what the island is known for ✨

Leslie Baxter: Ticketing & Registration Manager 🔝

Leslie, a maestro of operational development and management in the vibrant hospitality realm, has been in the industry for a duration she'd prefer to keep a little mysterious ✨

For a whole decade, she's been savouring the rhythms of Ibiza with her family, soaking in the island's infectious vibes. Now, Leslie is gearing up for a fantastic adventure, eager to contribute her expertise to give back to the community that has been a significant part of her journey 🫶

Valentina Usagi is an illustrator & graphic designer based in Ibiza ✨

With a wild & creative soul, she brings her playful style to the TEDxDaltVila community 👌

Thomas E. Williams: Webdesign & After Party Manager ✨

With a career spanning more than 25 years, Thomas has worn various hats as an entrepreneur, trainer, coach, and international speaker. Specialising in lead generation, automation, and online marketing, he has become a go-to expert in guiding entrepreneurs 👌

He has trained hundreds of business owners and guided projects from conception to completion, whether kickstarting startups or propelling entrepreneurs to the next level 🔝

Marina Magdalena, a captivating storyteller, crafts heartfelt and thrilling books for readers aged 10 and up. Before her debut novel in 2023, she worked extensively in TV and Theatre, playing various roles in performance and production. Marina is also the founder of Imaginarium Academy, an online hub for young filmmakers, writers, and actors that inspires her own creativity ✨

Based in the Mediterranean with her husband and two children, Marina navigates the teenage years of Antigone Kingsley, a well-meaning soul. The second book in the Antigone Series is set for release in May 2024, with Book 3 following in 2025 🔝

Linda Maroli: Head of Design ✨

A creative force with roots in Honduras and a childhood in Venezuela, her Italian mind has called Ibiza home since 2014. Linda's passion extends to family, the culinary arts, impact investing, and community building. Besides co-founding Sol de Ibiza, a prominent organic sun care brand, she's helped shape Tulou, a sustainable well-living system based on neighbour care centred on human needs 👌

With a life dedicated to creativity, impact, and community, her journey continues to leave a positive mark on both Ibiza and beyond 🔝

Sofía Gomez: TEDxDaltVila - Official Photographer ✨

Sofia Gomez Fonzo has been a professional photographer in Ibiza since 2011 and has photographed everything, from events to beaches, Ibiza people and international celebrities. She has collaborated with magazines and publications worldwide, from White Ibiza to The New York Times 🔝

Authenticity and real life are the centre of her work, capturing all sides of island life, having a non-judgmental approach, and finding inspiration and beauty in everything 👌

Meet Taya Stapelfeldt (), a somatic self-leadership mentor, coach, and embodiment trainer for entrepreneurs, speakers and coaches based in Ibiza for the past seven years 💫

She is operating behind the scene, supporting some members of TEDxDaltVila core team helping them transforming challenges and staying on track on the way to the big event❤️

Ben Dunwel: Speaker Committee / Performance Coach 👌

In the heart of San Juan, Ibiza, resides the vibrant spirit of Ben Dunwell. After a captivating talk at last year's Ted Dalt Vila, he's eagerly gearing up to bring his unique flair to this year's coaching team 🔝

Beyond the art of spoken word, Ben is a wordsmith extraordinaire, unveiling his novel, "Pine Tree Island," recently released in an immersive Audible experience ✨

Patricia Luz: Head of Content and Fact Checking ✨

Meet Patricia, a spirited student counsellor with a heart deeply entwined with sustainability rhythms, the healing power of plant medicines, and the delicate nuances of mental health ❤

In the vibrant landscape of Ibiza, she found her home here in 2016 and has since become an integral part of the island's community. Patricia, alongside her husband and two children, has cultivated not just a home but a sanctuary for mindful living 🔝

Adam Norris: Speaker Committee ✨

A seasoned Creative Director specialising in film content for brand experiences, Adam excels in creating captivating narratives across various projects—from large-scale immersive environments to meticulously crafted documentaries 🔝

His role encompasses in-depth research on diverse subjects, ideation, and the adept crafting of narrative scripts. With a substantial background in broadcast journalism, Adam brings a wealth of expertise to his creative endeavours. Furthermore, his academic foundation in political economy and international relations adds a nuanced perspective and depth to his work ❤

Holiday Phillips: Speaker committee 🔝

​​Holiday Phillips is a speaker, writer and advisor devoted to moving us from oppression to liberation and disconnection to love. Threading together philosophy, mythology and mysticism, she offers counter cultural perspectives on topics like race, conflict, justice, death and love ❤️

She's supported organisations including Google, Apple, LinkedIn and the BBC and delivered talks worldwide, including a TEDxDaltVila talk in 2023, "Grief as activism" 🔝

Fabrizio Ottoni: Finance Director ✨

A full-time resident of Ibiza, born in Brazil but with Italian heritage, Fabrizio makes strides as an Artificial Intelligence Entrepreneur ❤️

He finds adventure in sailing, from high latitudes to classic yachts. His moments playing Jazz on his piano serve as meditative pauses. Multilingual, athletic, and spiritually aware, he is the epitome of a knowledge-thirsty polymath 🔝

Anna Spenner: Graphics Production Assistant 🔝

Born and bred in Ibiza but currently in the UK and gearing up for her next global adventure, Anna's professional focus is on Community Engagement & Learning, collaborating with businesses aiming to make a positive social and environmental impact ❤️

Simultaneously, she's embarking on a master's program centred around the EU and continuing her language-learning journey. Her passions revolve around community, conscious living and our planet’s diverse cultures – striving to contribute to a more equitable life for all 😍

Sarah Hockley: Experience assistant ✨

Having spent a decade as a knitwear designer for various fashion brands throughout Europe, including a managerial position overseeing women's catwalk products at Burberry, Sarah took a significant turn in 2016 😍

Leaving behind London's bustling streets, she found a new, soulful pace in Ibiza. Today, Sarah is at the helm of a thriving property business, Agnes & Lorenzo, operating in Ibiza and Mallorca. Sarah relishes the opportunity to work as part of a team supporting artistic endeavours across the islands 🔝

With a rich theatrical and production background, Bex juggles running 'Los Fermentistas,' a fermented food brand, and 'Back to Hands,' an Amsterdam-based massage company, all while keeping fingers in creative pies ✨

Whether nurturing personal projects or supporting others' visions, the production realm is where Bex thrives. Working on projects with community and global impact is both a privilege and a joy for her ❤

Jerome, an award-winning Television Producer, Director, and Technical Specialist, boasts an extensive portfolio in the industry ✨

Over the years, he has successfully produced numerous hours of news and documentary programming, collaborating with renowned broadcasters such as the BBC, Al Jazeera, CBS, Reuters, and CNN. His expertise extends beyond production, providing training for journalists internationally and in locations like the UK, Turkey, Iraq, and Rwanda 🔝

Jerome's skills have also been sought after by prominent brands like Tesco, Lamborghini, Escada, HSBC, and others, making him an accomplished professional in his field ❤

Meet Buzz ‘Lightgear’ Lambert, the illuminating force behind everything from high school productions of Grease to the grand stages of TEDx Dalt Vila and beyond! ✨

With a career spanning since 1990, Buzz has been crafting stunning lightscapes for dance, theatre, cabaret, and nightclubs. His expertise lies in designing visuals that add vibrancy and bring out the essence of the moment with colours and textures 🤩

If you've ever attended a performance where the lighting seamlessly blended into the background yet left you with an unspoken "Wow, that looked so cool!" feeling, you've experienced Buzz's magic 🔝

Annika Wittrock: Marketing Support 💻

Annika is a purpose-driven, entrepreneurial thinker with over a decade of hands-on experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, and brand building ✨

Throughout her career, she has played a key role in launching multiple startups and even spearheaded the development of an e-commerce venture. What fuels Annika's passion is the art of crafting brands that thrive through impactful storytelling, leaving a lasting impression on their audience 🔝

We’re looking for a Showcaller to join the core team of TEDxDaltVila for our 2024 event.

Responsibilities:
Take ultimate control during the show, calling cues for a seamless delivery.
Collaborate closely with the Show Producer to manage the technical running order.
Assist in crew briefings and become an integral part of the show’s success.
