“Fino is a dry white wine made from palomino grapes, which, as is the case with Manzanilla, is aged under a layer of yeasts which make up the veil of flor. It’s reality 🖤

The season has come to its end. A storm came in over Ibiza island yesterday and swept away the last of the lingering summer feelings that were still keeping us in a carefree state.

It’s cold in Ibiza baby. Bonito Tapas Bar is soon closing for the season.
