Let me tell you a story about light…

There was a young girl named Sophia who grew up in a small village surrounded by darkness and poverty. She felt like she was trapped in a life that wasn't hers, and her spark was slowly fading away. One day, while walking through the forest, Sophia stumbled upon a wise old man who told her, "The light within you is not something you find, it's something you awaken." He showed her that the light was within her all along, and all she had to do was let it shine. Sophia took his words to heart and began to nurture her inner light. She started to see the beauty in the world, to spread joy and kindness to those around her, and to believe in herself. As she shone brighter, her darkness began to fade, and soon she became a beacon of hope for her community.

The I.N.A Experience:

Active Dance Meditation & I.N.A activate the life energy and put you in touch with the core of your being. Back to who you really are, without all kinds of protective layers, masks, or roles you hold, such as at work, as a parent, as part of society. This day is therefore entirely for you, to fully express yourself, to show yourself.

In the Active Dance Meditation, we start by closing your eyes so that you can feel free to move. This can even be done blindfolded, but it is not necessary. After this we follow the following sequence: Shake, Dance, Sit, Surrender, Dance, Sit, Surrender.

After a pause in Silence we start with I.N.A. where you receive an energy transmission and we stay in contact with our base, our Inner Nature, from surrender. You only need to let go and receive. The goal of the workshop is that you get more in touch with your authentic self, that you work through certain layers and even work through minor or major traumas. Think of it as a major cleansing of the energetic body. And above all: Enjoy! Because it is a Gift to yourself. ❤

This half-day retreat is guided by Barbara Falorni and Nicole Dooper.
We start at 14:00 and finish around 18:00. We will provide some snacks & Tea in the pause in our familiar Kazerne in Muiden.

It is time, time to return to integrity and respect for our inner nature. My heart longs for community, gentle touch, magic, a true mission to let people get in touch with what we call this essence of our being. To find joy and purpose in life, whatever you do.

This process was a long one, it took me one year, birthing a baby and full surrender to a process what felt like so slow, all just to find the right words for it. More integrity, less unicorn, more safety, less ego, more magic...

In this ceremony will be aspects of Bodywork, somatic movement and an energy transmission. We will start with some rituals to let our life force rise to the surface and from there we continue by surrendering in these waves of life force. We awaken the mission of our inner nature. Welcome home.

The beautiful venue in the north of Ibiza will have the ambiance and love we need. Surrounded by mountains to ground us to the earth.

Join me on this event as a beautiful celebration of freedom! I am so happy to share this new wonderful ceremony with you. There will be a photographer on site make some ambiance images, but ofcourse makes sure that the space stays sacred and safe.

When something is shifting, sit still and wait. Preferably on the ground.

When I was a teenager i found myself more than often sitting on the ground. Next to a bench, or in a circle, at school, or in the Forest. Today i felt like sitting down. Close to the Earth. In the middle of the city.

As many of you already found out a lot has been going on in my life as new born mother, facilitator and entrepreneur. Lots of choices, change of direction, moving to another city, starting a new study and and changing my a big part of my life from Ibiza to RatRace Holland to manage the stuff here(because the more stuff you have, the more you have to manage).

I can only say: it is a rollercoaster. It is a shift. So i observe and sit still: awaiting for what it is to come.

Dear clients: I hope you have a little patience, because new beginnings are coming, but the flower needs a little more water, soil and love to bloom. But she is coming. She is coming.

I don't feel safe...

Creating a safe space is a co-creation. We create a safe environment to make space for your presence and everything you bring along with you. But it is a CO-Creation. It means you are part of this arrangement and that I have to feel safe too.

I don't feel safe anymore. I feel unsafe and insecure when I comes to organize sessions. As for Life-sessions as well for online. I feel that there is so much to offer that people cancel easier than ever. Ofcourse there can be always a reason that you can't be there. you can't make it. You are sick. You would feel better if you would stay home. The dog puked over the carpet. You made a double booking in your agenda. Something else is more important. all of these things.

And my response is always: All ok, I hope you feel better. And the dog too. And I mean it. I don't want YOU to feel that you did anything wrong. I never charge the session you missed.

But.

I just want to let you know it hurts. It hurts my heart, fysically. It hurts my monkey mind who tells me you cancelled because I am not important enough for you(true or not). It hurts my spirit who prepared for your presence, to welcome you energetically with wide open arms. It hurts my creativity: that can't flow the way it wants to. You don't see the tears.

Reason or no reason: It fu***ng hurts.

I work very hard to organize these ceremonies. Beside the promotional part that is weeks in advance, booking the venue minimum a month in advance, in some cases flights that are booked already, renting the space that costs a fortune nowadays: The actual work is a preparation of days, buying stuff, preparing my playlist, tuning in on the energy of this week, every day I find myself in nature, thinking about this ceremony, making a plan on the session itself, intentionally and of course organizing baby/logistics/dog/husband to take care at home.

p.s. the people who cancelled today: Don't feel this above is all about you. It is a repetition of many events where I wanted to share how i feel. I don't need sympathy or money, i just want you to show up and to share this beautiful work with you. ❤

Ibiza agenda November 2023:

The final months of 2023, what a year, what a year. It felt like a time of transition. Translation of a new way of living, growing process as a facilitator( also growing amounts of facilitators, not necessarily a good thing) and my birth as a mother which transforms into my sessions. This transition I personally love, because it is so so needed. Caring, careful, warm and protected sessions where people can remember who they really are. Where they can learn about their self healing ability and their connection to nature. It Is not about movement, or the drugs high(!) It is about love and true connection to your own heart and its voice.

Coming weeks I will be back on ibiza. I will be recharging myself for what comes in 2024 but also be there for those who need me. Feel welcome.
