“Pabrazos” we call them here in Ibiza. Raining & raining beautifully to make them grow, rubber boots on and my Angel went crawling through the bushes to find these beauties. Nature gives all. Nature has all. Nature nurtures us ❤️🙏🏼❤️ ❤️

🙌🏽Meditation ,,,,,,, pushing away your thoughts won’t work. Better to acknowledge them and let them float by. When you are a dog, 🐶 I suppose it will work different, they are “in the now” at all times. 🙌🏽 Having juicy bones floating by in the mind is not such a big problem for them. 😂 Let’s be playful and not take everything too serious. Have a beautiful beginning of the week filled with LOVE ❤️ 🙏

“Z’amora”, a beautiful community in Portugal, near Zarzedas. Thank you for your energy and teachings about really living so close to your earth & water. One week of pure bliss with Shamanic teachings from the Sierra Nevada in Colombia. No wifi, no electricity and washing in the river. A tent to sleep in. It was just what I needed.

ONIX-ZEN, powerful name for an amazing dog. 5 months today and 5 weeks with us. Sure of himself and super Zen. Beautiful as the stone Onix. Sent by Nala our amazing soul who passed the 17 th of January. Onix could be her reincarnation, same steadiness, same quietness, same sturdy and knowing look in the eyes. Onix, so blessed with you in our lives and especially happy for Yuka, she cheered up after being so sad after Nala’s passing. Dogs mourn as well ….. He came from a great place as well, loving people raised 7 “accident” puppies and all of them found nice homes. What can I say more ….. our family is complete. 🐕❤️🐕‍🦺.

A most extraordinary spiritual teacher and peace activist, Thich Nhat Hanh touched and inspired millions of lives with his teachings and guidance. Known for his peaceful nature, tender compassion and bright wisdom, he is an immense force for peace and healing in the world. A true bodhisattva, he brings out the authentic radiance of Buddhism—we honour his presence and all that he imparted to the world.

Known as Thay to his followers, he began to transition at midnight, and passed away peacefully at 1.30am on January 22, 2022 at Từ Hiếu Temple in Huế, Vietnam, at the age of 95. Our love, prayers and blessings are with him and his Sangha at this profound time.

"This body is not me; I am not caught in this body, I am life without boundaries, I have never been born and I have never died. Over there the wide ocean and the sky with many galaxies all manifests from the basis of consciousness. Since beginningless time I have always been free. Birth and death are only a door through which we go in and out. Birth and death are only a game of hide-and-seek. So smile to me and take my hand and wave good-bye. Tomorrow we shall meet again or even before. We shall always be meeting again at the true source. Always meeting again on the myriad paths of life."

NALA, a dogs life is way to short. She left us with the first Wolf Full Moon of the year. A ZEN dog, a Yogi, she could meditate and thought us many lessons. It hurts so much, pure unconditional love left us but her spirit is here for ever. Nala, we and all the other animals are missing you 🤍🐕🤍 🐾❤️

Vijnanamaya, wisdom or awareness body, intuition, witness your mind and your life. “Anandamaya”, Bliss Body, LOVE is the deepest reality, knowing that your nature is joyful and free ….. whatever arises.
“Who am I really? What is really true about me? What defines me? Am I my emotions? Am I what others think of me? Who is the real me? For myself it’s my life journey and deep self questioning, over and over again.

I love my veggie garden, became my passion and vegan cooking even more. Feeling healthier, fitter than ever before and my skin shows it. Ha, ha!! 🥦I celebrate the solstice ☀️honoring my veggie garden. This garden is an enormous teacher for me. Patience, discipline, frustration, beauty and learning how to deal with disappointment because succes is never sure. We can’t force nature only help her. For me this garden is a mirror, what I see is a piece of me. I give love and attention the garden thrives, just like when treating myself well. And the teachings when it doesn’t work out, did I give enough good Earth, enough sunlight, enough or too much water. Do I give myself enough of all of that. This garden tells me when to slow down. Every single morning in a hurry or not, you can find me here with my cup of tea or fresh juice. Garden is an endless cirkel of learning. #❤️
