Come and experience the beautiful motherland of Yoga and Ayurveda in the superb private cottage houses overlooking the rice field and offering an outdoor pool.

During a week, you will experience a daily yoga practices with Vinyasa flow and Yin yoga. With Dr Renuka, expert in Ayurveda you will learn what Ayurveda is about and how to apply it in your lifestyle to restore balance. And finally, we will get to know the amazing Goa through excursions organized for you. Oh, you also have Ayurveda massages included :)
