| My experience with Homiii has been excellent and very welcoming. I am an exchange student from Puerto Rico who came to live in Madrid this semester. During my search to rent flats in Madrid, it was quite a stressful process, as there are many scammers on different websites and very few of them give you the security you are looking for.

Until I found Homiii, from the moment I discovered them and contacted them they gave me a lot of security and confidence, every doubt I had or problem I had was solved with proactive communication.

I would recommend Homiii 100% to any student thinking about renting or coliving, a community full of initiatives and activities with good vibes and above all very professional.

| My experience with Homiii has been amazing. I’m a visiting student from Italy and I rented a room for a semester. The flat was modern and cozy, and the location was super strategic and close to everything I needed.

I’m feeling so glad to have chosen Homiii. Co-living experience has been simply amazing thanks also to lovely flatmates from different counties that I had never met before.

Homiii is much more than an agency, it’s a community. The event initiatives such as the welcome day party, traveling plans, and sports events are the best way to make friends and enjoy Madrid's incredible atmosphere.

I would definitely recommend Homiii to everybody who wants to spend a period in this unique city.

| Last week we had the pleasure to share with Fundación Balia a wonderful afternoon in the center of Tetúan.

We organized together an activity for the little ones that they were especially excited about: painting on canvas with acrylic paints. It was their first time doing this, and it was wonderful to see their reactions and how they concentrated to follow the instructions of their educator Esther Toledo González.

Homiii has been collaborating with Balia by financing this classroom with part of your rent, where children between the ages of 3 and 5 spend their afternoons. We would like to thank Fundación Balia once again, and especially Esther, for her work and full dedication, as the educational and emotional impact you have on the lives of these children is very important.

| As for the apartment in general, I have always felt very comfortable. Modern decoration that gives the feeling that the apartment is very new and cozy. The location is perfect. Directly in the city and close to my university I studied. As for my room, I didn't have too much light, but this wasn’t a problem. You don't hear any noise from the outside which is nice. As for the bathroom, I enjoyed having my own.
I liked my roomies a lot, the number (5 people) was perfect. Homiii did a good job and there have been no problems at all. I enjoyed my time in Madrid and in the apartment. I'd rent it again :)

I'd like to share with my stay experience with Homii. I know that things may get crazy when you decide to move to another city or country. You never know if people try scamming you, or they never reply, or simply can't communicate because they don't know the language.

I believe Homiii is the solution here. I have rented two rooms in the past two years and it couldn't be any better. You feel the Spanish vibes and also make international connections with people of diverse backgrounds in your apartment. Thanks to Homiii's event initiatives, you'd also be able to travel, go partying, visit museums, and make friends right away.

It's worth mentioning that they not only rent out a flat and forget about you, but there are there for 24/7 emergencies, maintenance, cleaning, and clarify all the doubts you may have.

| I came to Madrid this year as an erasmus student and encountered Homiii while looking for an apartment. I have to say, I am not disappointed by my flat. It is beautiful, the localisation is perfect and I have amazing flatmates.

I have been able to discuss with other students renting a flat to Homiii too during a party organised by Homiii and it seems we are all happy about our apartment and flatmates. Having that surely makes the year abroad easier. So I would definitely recommend Homiii😊

Incredible our guided tour of the Royal Palace!🤩

It was great to get together and learn a bit more about the history of one of Madrid's most important monuments. Did you know Madrid's Royal Palace is the largest in Western Europe and one of the world? It has more than 135,000 square meters and 3,418 rooms! Honestly, it is spectacular on the inside💫

| When I came to Madrid for my internship, it was a last-minute decision and I was really unprepared. I was lucky to rent this apartment because of the location and the people. It is close to everything I needed and everyone is super nice! In summer it was quieter in Madrid / the flat, but for my last month it is full house again and I'm looking forward to joining the Homiii activities😊

| I came to Madrid for studying a master last year and I needed a place to stay. It was difficult to find an apartment which met all my expectations first but then Homiii helped me find the perfect place! The apartment is well equipped and looks like on the photos on their homepage.

I like that Homiii is not only a rental agency but also organises many different events during the year (parties, trips,…) Perfect to meet new people and to get to know the Spanish culture! I can definitely recommend renting an apartment from Homiii!🤗
