Fully equipped and well-furnished detached bungalow-style villa with saltwater pool on the Mar Menor Golf Course. Sleeps four.

Two bedrooms, two bathrooms:
1 x double with ensuite bathroom
1 x twin room next to second family bathroom

Aircon in all rooms.
Full central heating.

Galley-style kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher and plenty of storage space.

Spacious lounge / diner leading out to the covered patio area and pool terrace.

Upstairs solarium.

Great location, only a short walk to all onsite amenities, which include:

Spar mini market.

Padel courts, including a basketball and football court, mini golf, outdoor heated pool and bar / restaurant.

El Boulevard, again short walk offers a variety of bars and restaurants, bank, beauty salon and more.

There are also more bars and restaurants situated next to the onsite 5* hotel and luxury spa. There is a further outdoor swimming pool with a separate child’s pool.

The beaches of the Mar Menor are only a seven-minute drive. The nearest is Los Alcazares where you will find even more superb bars / restaurants / supermarkets and many more shops.

La Zenia Boulevard with its many amenities is only a 25-minute drive away.

Cartagena is 25 minutes in the opposite direction.

Fly into Alicante (one hour) or Murcia International airport (25 minutes).
