Fancy a few days golf in sunny Spain? Our apartments are genuinely 2 minutes walk from the golf course on site and there are plenty of other courses to play close by.
We are an hour's drive from Alicante Airport or 30 minutes from Murcia Airport.
The first floor apartment sleeps 4 adults and the ground floor apartment sleeps 6, although one of the bedrooms has bunk beds.
Both apartments have a full kitchen with fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher.
Air conditioning and plenty of outdoor space, plus a communal swimming pool 30 seconds away.
Prices are £50 a night for 2 bedroom apartment and £60 a night for the 3 bedroom apartment.
We still have availability in September and October.
Bars, restaurants, SPAR shop on site, 30 minutes from the beach or mountains. Plenty of places to walk, cycle.

Geoff and I will shortly be taking bookings for our 2 apartments near Murcia, Spain from July onwards. Please DM me for prices and availability. Condado de Alhama is 30 minutes drive from Murcia Airport or 60 minutes from Alicante. The nearest beach is 20 minutes drive away, although the complex has 24 swimming pools, with the nearest one (see photo below) being metres away from the apartments. There is also a Jack Nicklaus signature golf course 2 minutes walk away. The Al Kasar plaza with bars and restaurants and shops is 10 minutes walk away and tennis and paddle tennis courts are a 30 minute walk away. Apartment 1 has 3 bedrooms (sleeps 6) with shaded garden and apartment 2 has 2 bedrooms (sleeps 4) with large rooftop solarium. Please note, apartment 2 has steps to the front door and again to the solarium. Apartment 1 is all on ground level. The complex has 24/7 security and is extremely family friendly.

We've just bought these 2 beautiful apartments in Condado de Alhama in Murcia, Spain. They share a swimming pool with around 30 other apartments and there's a children's play area as well. They're a 2 minute walk from the golf course and 10 minutes walk to the main square - where there are numerous bars, a supermarket and restaurant. There are also paddle tennis and normal tennis courts at the other side of the complex, around 30 minutes walk away, or 2 minutes in the car.
The upper apartment has 2 bedrooms (1 double, 1 twin), fully fitted kitchen, lounge /diner and good sized bathroom with bath/shower. It also has an outside area that overlooks the pool and a rooftop solarium with beautiful rattan furniture and BBQ.
The ground floor apartment has 3 bedrooms (1 double, 1 twin and 1 with bunk beds). Apart from the additional bedrooms, the apartment is the same layout as the upstairs one. It has a shady garden with outside furniture and a BBQ and another area at the rear of the property to sit and relax.
These 2 apartments will be rented out separately but could be booked together for larger family groups.
