After participating in two to***co ceremonies and a two-week to***co diet over the past month, I’ve been reaffirmed that to***co is one of the most powerful spirits one can communed with. It has acted as a sharp sword, cutting away everything not in perfect alignment with my integrity—aborting projects, severing karmic ties, and transforming relationships. From this spaciousness, miracles have emerged, bringing forth gifts I never imagined possible in this lifetime. Family healing, new horizons opening... My connection with this spirit of the divine masculine has deepened, teaching me to trust, rely, and surrender to its wisdom. An unbreakable trust in life and in this medicine path.

Aho to the rock people
There’s no other place than belong them

They remind us of the majesty of our nature
The indigenous call them “people”
How different the world would be in a world where plants, animals and rocks are called “people” instead of “it”
Today, swimming into the touch of a teared heart and a misted mind, I felt held by the circle formed by the rock people.

What does integration mean?
(PART 2)

꩜ Integration can be creative
Creativity is energy brought into matter. That’s what integration truly means: bringing all the wisdom, knowledge, insights, transformation into matter, into the physical, applying them in our daily life, in the way we act, speak or think, in the way our bodies adapt to this new upgrade. Creativity, art, can tremendously support that process. When I channel songs, I am bringing universal wisdom into frequencies, through my physical body as a vessel. When I write, I connect energy and intellect, mind and soul.

꩜ Integration is non-dual
A new dimension that I’ve recently became aware of for the integration process: it is dissolving duality. I used to go through intense roller coasters in life: from being a hermit, to a social butterfly, from feeling down, sad, angry to intense ecstatic and blissful states, from perceiving myself as being alone, to that deep sense of belonging in community. True integration embodies all at once, there is no much difference between the ups and downs, all states are honoured, cherished and embraced. All becomes One - one river flow appearing from the outside to be shaded but felt inside as One.

What does integration mean? (PART 1)

We speak a lot about the integration process, especially after deep therapeutical work and plant medicine work. I am sharing with you what integration means for me through those years of exploration.

꩜ Integration is about time
Giving yourself time - a lot of time - before jumping to the next therapist, into the next training, the next retreat, reading the next book. I use to be that seeker exhausting myself in searching for answers, looking for a practice or a method that will finally give me that big relief. This was coming from lack - that hole inside that I could actually never fulfill that way. The true seekers don’t search. Life finds them. They are able to pause, be still and silent enough to listen to the whispers of divine guidance.

꩜ Integration is safe-care
Loving yourself is all what is required for you to do (and mostly be). Be conscious of your own self-talk, who you are surrounding yourself with, in which environment, what you choose to consume (food, medias, socials…), where you spend your energy, how much you can be loving, caring and tender with yourself. Ask for support, friends, community, integration guide if needed as part of loving and caring for yourself.

As you start to open to the awakened state, your frequency is rising tremendously.

You receive clear insights, synchronicities, magic,
Your body sparkles with heat and vibrations,
Your spirit swims in utter bliss.

Your entire system has to adapt to this very high voltage, to the high speed of consciousness.

The breath is the key.
If it is shallow, your system will associate this high voltage to stress, anxiety, fear and restlessness.

Inhale deep down into your root, at the level of the perineum. This is your anchor to inner stability and stillness.

Spending time in nature, tuning to the Earth’s heartbeat, pausing, slowing down.

Integrate the high voltage and this huge amount of light as the new normal and not as something you should fear.

Remember.
You are that light.
