El intercambio In or Out, ha llegado a su fin pero nos quedan un montón de historias y buenos momentos, que nuestros participantes han vivido y disfrutado al máximo!

"From July 13 to 26, 2024, I had the opportunity to participate in a youth exchange funded by the European Union in Ommen, the Netherlands, titled "In or Out." This project, part of the Erasmus+ program, focused on learning through action and collaboration, with the aim of creating outdoor activities and fostering imagination in a safe and shared environment.

We participated in a variety of activities that enriched us both emotionally and professionally. We learned to include ourselves in a group, discover our unique strengths and how to use them, explore and share our values and vision, learn in informal settings, connect with others by overcoming cultural and linguistic barriers, guide our own learning process, develop activities from scratch in a sustainable community, and be resilient and use cooperation to achieve our goals. Additionally, we enjoyed leisure moments that allowed us to get to know each other better and create transnational friendships.

Participating in projects like this changes your life. You gain new personal and academic insights that you would never have imagined. I am convinced that these projects are the engine that moves the world and catalyze change. Promoting and helping others to know about and have the opportunity to participate in these Erasmus+ exchanges is a spectacular task.

From each person I met in this project, I take a little piece of them with me. You learn so much from different cultures and perspectives, make friends, and, above all, grow as a person.

Without a doubt, these Erasmus+ projects are fundamental for the integral development of young people and the construction of a more conscious and connected future."

"This was my first time participating in a Erasmus Project and I was worried about how this would be, if I would be include with everyone and if i would have fan.

At first thought this project was only about in or out activities but I discovered there is more behind.

The first days activists were about making us a team and be prepared for the main activity: the 72 hours in the outside.

Those activities were games that helps us to have a positive mindset and to be cooperative as well as be really unlimited as a team. The 72 hours activity was very challenging for me and I was very scared but it was a successful experience. We had to face really dangerous and difficult situations by our own without their help (only with the training) and deal with it."

"For 12 unforgettable days in Ommen, Netherlands, i got to join a big group of people from around the world: Romania, Italy, Latvia, Portugal, Greece, Spain and Czech republic! Each day was an adventure.

We got to participate and organize activities every day that made us cooperate and get to know each other pretty quickly but especially in the afternoon, when we got to explore the city and go to the river, it was here that friendships deepened, and the sense of community flourished this 12-day experience was more than just an outdoor adventure, it was a journey of personal discovery and collective unity. by the end of our stay, we had not only developed new skills and overcome challenges but had also formed an international network of friends. I am so grateful that i got the opportunity to meet and share this experience with so many amazing people."

"In or out (spoiler: its just out)

The adverture started on July 13th, we arrived in Ommen and started to meet the people who were going to become our family for 12 days.

From the first moment I felt welcomed by everyone, regardless of their country of origin. With some we connected more, with others not so much, but we were all there to help each other.

The first days were a bit long because we always did the same thing and I missed my family a lot, but finally came the adventure that we are all waiting for: 72 hours without cell phone, food or anything.

I could say that these 3 days have been one of the best experiences of my life. I have exceeded my limits, I have done things I never thought I would achieve and I have faced many fears.

I can only thank all the locals who have hosted us, my team, the organizers and all those who have made the experience possible." Carolina

Are you passionate about Video Making? Behind shooting, in front acting, hidden making the script, directing, editing…? You do not need to be professionist or to buy expensive tools, we just need you to be curious and passionate about the world around the camera to join this project!
Create professional, high-quality videos with social impact through a combination of non-formal education methodologies: learning by experience and hands-on work, group work, exchange of experiences and intercultural learning, using digital tools and innovative methods for media literacy education developed by the Trainers, “challenges” and assignments, mentoring and feedback.
A lot of fun and learning surrounded by international people in an amazing environment.

A new project has just started: Youth to Youth Without Borders 🧶

One of its main objectives is to empower youth workers and young people with the necessary tools of resilience and empathy 🫂 to address youth issues resulting from the current scenario (wars and economic crises).

For now, we'll leave you with some glimpses of this newborn, but soon we'll share more updates! Stay tuned! 😀
