Hatching in Elche

Loggerhead turtle eggs in the nest at Playa de Carabassi in Elche have hatched.
Torrevieja town hall biologist Juan Antonio Pujol explained that some of the tiny turtles have been taken for the head-starting programme and will be released this time next year when they have reached an optimum size for survival.
Others made their way down to the sea and swam away into the Mediterranean.

2. IVA / VAT - Impuesto sobre el Valor Añadido (IVA) 💼💶

If the vehicle is being sold by a business (like a dealership), IVA will apply. For used cars sold by dealers, VAT might only be applied to the dealer's profit margin, reducing the cost for the buyer. 🤑

3. ROAD TAX (Impuesto sobre Vehículos de Tracción Mecánica - IVTM) 🏙️🚗

This is the annual road tax known as Impuesto sobre Vehículos de Tracción Mecánica (IVTM). The seller needs to ensure that this tax is paid for the current year before selling the vehicle. ✅🗓️ This tax is paid to the local council, and the amount varies based on your location and vehicle type.

¡Buenos días! Tras la revisión del vídeo por parte de los árbitros, se confirma que hoy se ha batido de nuevo el récord de la primera sombrilla en la playa del Cura. A las 05:36 horas, casi dos horas antes de amanecer, ya estaban clavadas en la arena tal y como podemos ver en la imagen.

Sin duda, una circunstancia muy curiosa que se está dando este verano para poder tener sitio en primera línea en una de las playas más concurridas de Torrevieja.
