We make our pure, high quality, single-origin Fiji dark chocolate in extremely small batches and we do it the old fashioned way – largely by hand and using just two locally-sourced ingredients: raw cane sugar and sun-dried cacao from remote, rainforest plantations. After fermentation, this purple colour Theobromin(Love Chemicals) from the beans turn into the golden chocolate colour with South Pacific Sun and Sea Breeze. I simply made all of these into a tablet called 100% Fijiana Cacao. Hope you feel the taste of the sun.
